Tonight i went to see Thriller Live at the Lyric, it really was good. I was so pleased it was as good as it was.
It was like just performances of all of his videos by different vocalists. The boy who played the young Michael was THE cutest thing ever. I was however a bit gutted that there wasn't like a plot, but they were really fun and got you involved which was nice :)
It surprised me by showing me how many of his songs i really knew.
When we arrived we got off the coach, and were greeted by torrential rain. Of course we were. I had the greatest vegetarian lasagna in small Ponti's in Picidilly and a large pot of green tea, which then meant i was proper bursting for a wee throughout the first half of the show.
When i go and see a show i normally end up forming some kind of 'show crush' and am just in love with this one person on the stage. This is possibly the most ridiculous trait i have ever required and i'm embarrassed just thinking about it really, but it's true. In this show it was this lovely, tall, toned, probably mixed race man. He was scrummy. Ahhh. Made the show really.
It was such a good show, it thrilled me.
OH, OH did you see what i did there ? Oh i'm a funny one.
